Both complaints have been filed in the Supreme Court of New York and anonymously. The first is by a man who was just a 10-year-old boy when, according to his version, he was drugged and raped by Combs in a New York hotel room in 2005. According to him, he was an aspiring actor and rapper. who traveled to said city from Los Angeles, California, accompanied by his parents, to hold meetings with executives from the world of music.
