He created the Elenco Negro platform, which aims to expand the insertion of artists in the market, and is dedicated to disseminating questions and reflections that take black people from the margins and place them at the center.

In addition to making direct connections between actors, producers and directors, the platform encourages important conversations, which have already generated up to two play scripts. “It’s not just about quantity, but it’s about knowing how these actors are inserted in the market”, he explained in an interview with columnist Monica Bergamo.

“We need to understand when people who were outside [do mercado] They will be able to give their opinion, they will be able to choose, they will be able to come up with great ideas. When will they have the money? The Black Cast brings all these questions,” he added.
