Angelica goes to interview her husband, Luciano Huckfor the first time on 50 & Uns. Derived from 50 & Tanto, the new program will only receive men as guests and premieres on November 10th on Globoplay and Fantástico. The presenter surprised the communicator by asking him about his intention to join the policy.

“I asked about that moment when he was considered as a candidate for president. He was surprised, he didn’t expect it. I did this already knowing the answer, but to clarify for those who have never seen Luciano talk about it more openly, like at home”, said Angélica in an interview with the Play column, in the newspaper O Globo.

The Domingão leader participated in the episode that has power as its theme, alongside Flávio Dino, minister of STF (Federal Supreme Court) and the comedian Whindersson Nunes.

The presenter admitted a certain strangeness in interviewing her partner. “It’s different, it’s not natural. It had to be something true, like all the other interviews. It’s difficult, since I talk to Luciano, I know a lot. But there was no way he couldn’t participate”, he explained.

“The topic had everything to do with it. We talked about subjects that people always wanted to hear about. Things that we deal with in private, but that, in a serious way, face to face, we had never discussed. It was a good experience, but it’s already good , I don’t need more (laughs).

Huck postponed his dream of running for President of the Republic when he replaced Fausto Silva on Sundays from Globo.

In the interview, Angélica also confirmed that she will return to Globo to present a special Video Show (1983-2019) in celebrations of the station’s 60th anniversary. She headed the Vídeo Game board in the 2000s.

“It’s a great joy to participate in presenting the Video Game, which was part of my life and the lives of so many people”, he said. The special will air on April 25.

The presenter also commented on the public’s demand to see her back on TV. “It’s delicious, a sign that they are missed. For me it was also a time of abstinence. But it has passed. Today I have greater clarity about what I want. I want to be in all media, with my message, with my talent, with what I know how to do”, he stated.

“I believe there is room for good content, whether in open TV or on payment and streaming. I don’t want to do something for the sake of doing it. We need to use our voice, television engagement and our audience to send good messages. It’s everyone’s obligation. It’s not about talking nonsense. It’s not all about the audience. It goes beyond that,” he added.
