Vanessa Lopes had a crying fit when showing her acne-prone skin on Instagram Stories. The influencer revealed to her followers that she has been undergoing dermatological treatment for two months, but finds it difficult to accept her appearance during this period. “I looked in the mirror and felt like a monster,” he lamented.

The ex-BBB showed in detail the pimples on her face in a video to document the process of using Roaccutane, a medicine known for treating severe acne. She started treatment just over two months ago, and stated that she wants to remain in seclusion until the acne disappears.

“I can’t take it anymore. If I could choose not to leave the house, I would choose not to leave the house. But there’s no way I can choose that”, he said. Afterwards, she said she wanted to do artistic makeup, but started crying when she realized she couldn’t cover her pimples.

“I looked in the mirror and felt like a monster. I was thinking how to hide this to do artistic makeup,” he wrote. “I think this is the most sincere video I’ve made so far about this acne problem. Like, I post it, and then it seems like I don’t care, that I’m trying to give strength to other people. But how am I going to give it strength if I don’t even have strength, guys? Even I can’t deal with this here”, he cried.

“Sometimes I feel disgusted with myself. It seems silly, but it really affects someone’s self-esteem, and pimples hurt a lot,” she added.

Vanessa also rejected the messages she receives with people trying to diagnose her without knowing her full history. “It’s also very complicated to see people saying the cause of this, since they are not even my doctors. My doctors know the cause”, he said.

“You know about the medicines I take, the psychiatric medicines, food, acne, Roaccutane. There’s nothing I can do. There’s no way I can tell someone: ‘be strong, don’t care’, because there’s no way. It’s difficult to leave the house like this. It looks like a Halloween costume, I’m the monster myself,” he said.
