After five years away from soap operas, Henry Castelli will return to air on Globo in Anything goes. It has not yet been revealed which character he will play in the remake, written by Manuela Dias and directed by Paulo Silvestrini. The actor’s last work was in Workout: Every Way to Love (2019). Before, he had done practically one soap opera a year since his debut on TV, with a small role in Hilda Furacão (1998).

Since then, the actor has also had roles in Um Anjo Caiu do Céu (2001), the ninth season of Malhação (2002), Belíssima (2005), Caras & Bocas (2009), O Astro (2011), Flor do Caribe (2013), I Love Paraisópolis (2015) and Tempo de Amar (2017), among others.

Although he was away from serials, the artist participated in the 21st season of Celebrity Danceat the beginning of the year. The information that the actor was cast in the remake of Manuela Dias comes from the Play column, in the newspaper O Globo.

Among the adult male cast, the new performers for the roles of Jarbas (Stepan Nercessian), Renato Filipelli (Adriano Reys), Sardinha (Otávio Muller), Mario Sérgio (Marcos Palmeira) and Freitas (João Camargo) have not yet been revealed.

Os protagonists of the plot were revealed at Upfrontan event in which Globo announced the main news in its programming for 2025.

The protagonist, Raquel, played by Regina Duarte in the 1988 version, will be in charge of Taís Araujo. Bella Campos will be Maria de Fátima, the role of Gloria Pires in the original story written by Gilberto Braga (1945-2021), Aguinaldo Silva and Leonor Bassères (1926-2004).

Debora Blochin turn, will take on the difficult task of playing Odete Roitman – iconic villain played by Beatriz Segall (1926-2018).

Cauã Reymond, as César, was also confirmed; Renato Góes, as Ivan; Humberto Carrão, as Afonso; Julio Andrade, as Rubinho; Belize Pombal, as Consuelo; Karine Teles, as Aldeíde; Malu Galli, as Celina; and Luis Salem, as the butler Eugênio.
