Woman shot to death inside friend’s house
The Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) provided assistance to the victim, but she did not survive

A woman was killed inside a friend’s house in Juazeiro, in the north of Bahia. On Sunday (20), Samara dos Santos Evangelista, 39 years old, was hit by gunfire in the Core neighborhood.
According to the Civil Police, witnesses reported that Samara was with a group of people at her friend’s house, when two men invaded the residence and shot her at point-blank range. The Military Police reported that the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) provided assistance to the victim, but she did not resist.
The investigation and removal of the body have already been requested by the Civil Police. Monitoring cameras will be used to identify the perpetrators of the crime.
