Trio dies during confrontation with PM in Porto Seguro

Three men died during a confrontation with military police in the Vale Verde district, in Porto Seguro, in the extreme south of the state. According to the Civil Police (PC), the shooting took place last Sunday afternoon (27) and resulted in the seizure of weapons, drugs and ammunition.
According to the Military Police (PM), Rondesp Extremo Sul garrisons were called to respond to a report of threats and attacks carried out by a group of armed men. At the scene, the police were shot at by the suspects and returned fire, hitting three men. They were taken to a hospital in the region, but did not survive. A fourth member managed to escape.
The case was registered at the 1st Territorial Police Station of Porto Seguro. The action resulted in the seizure of a rifle, a 9mm pistol, two grenades, four firearm magazines, one .556, one 9mm, one .45 and an elongated .45 magazine, 16 ammunition of different calibers, 44 portions of marijuana, 37 packages, of various sizes, containing cocaine, 87 portions of crack, a vest cover, two ballistic plates, a bandolier and a precision scale.
