During the 26th and 27th of November, Salvador hosts the conference “Municipal Government Transition: Strategies for Efficient Management”, promoted by the Municipal Institute of Public Administration (IMAP). The event is training for managers, lawyers, accountants, municipal employees, etc., to ensure efficient government transitions and the beginning of structured mandates. The meeting takes place at the Christian Culture Center of Bahia (Cecba), in Costa Azul. Registration is free and carried out on the website [aqui].
With a workload of 16 hours, the course will cover, in a practical and theoretical way, the modernization of processes, preservation of public assets and administrative transparency. Innovative strategies for efficient management will be discussed, allowing municipalities to continue meeting the needs of the population and promoting sustainable development.
Topics covered include compliance with the Fiscal Responsibility Law, preparation of documents for personnel management, analysis of agreements and partnerships, and financial management. In addition, lectures on the modernization of tax management and the use of technologies to optimize decision-making will be at the center of the discussions.
600 vacancies are available, of which 420 have already been filled in the first three days since registration opened.
Target Audience: Elected mayors, municipal secretaries, lawyers, accountants, internal controllers, technical consultants and employees in strategic positions.
