On February 10, 1991, a Carnival Sunday, a macabre discovery was responsible for shocking the city of Salvador. While rummaging through the garbage bags in front of the Bosque dos Barris Building, on Rua Coqueiros da Piedade, a homeless man finds a human hand, a fact that became even more sinister when counting on the discovery, in that same garbage dump, of four more bags containing the parts of almost an entire dismembered human body.

The body found was that of Roberto Carlos da Silva, 26 years old at the time, an employee of TV Aratu, murdered and dismembered in apartment 1203 of the same building where he was found.

A crime that marked Bahia at the time it occurred and that throughout the investigation process, there was a question in the air: Who killed Roberto Carlos?
