The Public Ministry of Bahia (MP-BA) received a complaint against the digital influencer Thais Carla. The complaint filed with the entity states that the dancer uses her social networks to promote gambling, including “Tigrinho”.

In a note, the MP reported that the fact was initially forwarded to the Consumer Justice Prosecutor’s Office, which assessed the process as linked to the criminal area. With the decision, the complaint was taken to the Criminal Justice Prosecutor’s Office, which is judging the information to take the appropriate measures.
Thaís Carla’s defense, in response to the complaint, stated that the influencer has no involvement with Tigrinho. “We emphasize that, at no time, Thaís was involved in illegal or unethical practices. Her publications have always aimed to inform and entertain her audience, promoting a responsible and conscious betting environment”, he declared.
