More than 70 thousand students exclusively from the Bahia state education network will be able to use the Salvador and Lauro de Freitas Metro System for free, on the days of the 2024 National High School Exam (Enem) exams. Assessments will be applied this Sunday (3) and next (10).

To board metro transport without paying the fare, the 70,460 students must go to the exclusive turnstile at the metro station and present proof of registration and photo ID to the concessionaire employee. The greatest flow should occur from two hours before the gates open and up to two hours after the end of the exam, highlighting that the benefit does not extend to integration with buses.

In Bahia, 449,528 candidates are registered for this year’s Enem, of which 113,746 are students from the state network. This year, the state network recorded a 38% increase in the number of Enem enrollees compared to 2023.
