PT vice-president in DF is arrested for pedophilia

Vice-president of the Workers’ Party (PT) in the Federal District, Wilmar Lacerda was preventively arrested this Thursday (24) on suspicion of pedophilia. The state’s Civil Police are investigating the PT member for hiring girls for sexual programs. The information is from Correio Braziliense.
According to reports from authorities involved in the investigation, civil police officers found messages exchanged with the PT member about the crimes on the phone of a businessman, who had search and seizure warrants.
These messages indicate that Wilmar Lacerda, former Secretary of Administration of the DF government, was involved in sexual programs. One of the victims is just 13 years old. The investigation also identified payments made by the businessman to hire the minors. The investigation is being conducted by the Child and Adolescent Protection Police Department (DPCA) as part of Operation Predator.
