Singer Preta Gil returned to the hospital, this Wednesday (23), to continue her cancer treatment and vented on her social networks about the struggle she is going through. This time, Preta was hospitalized to remove the chemotherapy bag, which applies the medicine to her body at home.

“I’m still using my chemo bag. It should beep at 3pm. I’ll be at the hospital to take it out. I think my oncologists were right about the antiemetics I took from yesterday to today. I’ve improved a lot”, she commented.

“It’s important that we talk about self-care, taking care of the body as a whole, when we are undergoing cancer treatment. We have a part of the body most affected by cancer, but we have a whole organism that needs to be healthy. I am treating both,” he added.

In her posts, Preta commented on the diet she has taken during the treatment, and the necessary medical monitoring: “There are times when I go out, I go out. Because I’m a person too, because my doctors let me eat something different too, which makes me want There’s a lot of that too.”

The singer also spoke about her physical willingness to exercise during treatment. “Today, for example, I’m a little more willing, I’m going to put on some clothes and go to the treadmill. Tomorrow, I arrive in Rio and, God willing, I’ll go to my pilates. And so we continue the fight”, he stated.

Preta Gil has been fighting colorectal cancer since January last year, and was recently diagnosed with two lymph nodes, a metastasis and a nodule in the ureter.
