Police dismantle drug laboratory, seize two rifles and arrest three suspects in Itapuã

The police dismantled a drug laboratory in the Itapuã neighborhood, in Salvador, on Tuesday afternoon (29), during an action against a faction that operates in the city. Two rifles, around 150 kg of drugs were seized at the scene and three suspects were arrested in the act.
According to the Public Security Secretariat (SSP), police officers discovered a property used by the criminal organization to manufacture and store drugs. The point was also used to distribute weapons to other members of the gang.
At the scene, they found two 5.56 caliber rifles, around 150 kg of marijuana and cocaine, a hydraulic press, scales, a ballot counting machine and a Creta model vehicle.
The case was registered at the Itapuã Territorial Police Station (DT).
