Sac promotes special service for the new National Identity Card (CIN) in 14 units in the interior of the State. The SAC stations in Alagoinhas, Brumado, Conquista I and II, Feira I and II, Guanambi, Ilhéus, Irecê, Jequié, Juazeiro, Porto Seguro, Senhor do Bonfim and Valença will operate this Saturday (26), from 8 am to 12 pm, only for to CIN.
CIN service is carried out by prior appointment, which must be done through the application or portal ba.gov.br, or via the call center: (71) 4020-5353 (cell phone call) or 0800 071 5353 (landline call).
The first copy of the CIN is free and will have the Individual Taxpayer Registry (CPF) as the unique identification number. To obtain the document, you must present your birth or marital status certificate (original). If the original certificate is laminated, you must also bring a copy.
The CIN allows you to include other document numbers such as CNH, work card, voter registration card and military certificate. In addition, health conditions can also be added, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and hearing, visual, physical and intellectual disabilities; and even information such as blood type, RH factor and option to be an organ donor.
Another new feature is the inclusion of the social name at the request of the citizen. If there is a name change on the birth certificate, only this new registration will be valid. CIN also has a digital version that will be available on GOV.BR three days after printing. The document also contains a QR Code to verify authenticity and verify data. It is important to highlight that citizens are not obliged to immediately go to SAC offices to change their document. The old standard, the RG, is valid until February 28, 2032.
The CIN is valid according to the citizen’s age group: from 0 to 12 years of age, valid for 5 years; 12 to 60 years old, valid for 10 years; over 60 years old, indefinite validity.
