Trader’s Day causes an intense flow of vehicles in the queue of the Ferry-boat in Itaparica on the morning of this Monday (21). The wait for boarding has already exceeded 4 hours and there is a red light – meaning very intense flow at the Bom Despacho Terminal. In Salvador, the wait is 60 to 90 minutes, with little queue.

In total, four vessels are operating. They are: FB Anna Nery, with capacity for 618 people and 55 vehicles, Maria Bethânia, for 793 passengers and 40 vehicles, Pinheiro, for 800 people and 40 cars, and Rio Paraguaçu, with 789 passengers and 40 freight transports.

The information comes from the Filometer of Internacional Travessias Salvador (ITS), which manages the system.
