Presenter Ana Hickmann had forged signatures on her contract with the bank she used. The forgery was discovered after an examination. The information was released this Wednesday (23), through a note to which columnist Fábia Oliveira, from the newspaper Metrópoles, had access.
“According to the expert report, the forger carefully observed the presenter’s signature, memorized the format and replicated it in the credit request, in the amount of R$652,331.43, issued by the bank”, says the statement. The expert compared the signatures on different documents by Ana Hickmann with those on the contract signed with the bank.
In May this year, the presenter proved in court that the signatures on loan contracts in her name were fraudulent. She was able to prove it through an expert report, according to information from O Globo. The contracts in question were made with “Daniele Múltiplo Fundo de Investimento Em Direito Creditórios” and benefited a company she had with her ex-husband, Alexandre Correa.
“After the publication of the court decision, Ana Hickmann’s defense presented proven evidence of fraud in the signatures contained in the contract with Daniele Múltiplo Fundo de Investimento Em Direito Creditórios, through an expert report. The case is still under analysis,” the presenter’s press office informed O Globo.
Ana Hickmann accuses her ex-husband of having signed contracts with forged signatures throughout the period they were married. According to the presenter’s legal team, Alexandre Correa transferred R$41.8 million to private accounts.
