A 75-year-old man fell ill and died while standing in line at a lottery agency at the Candeias bus station, in the Metropolitan Region of Salvador (RMS), this Tuesday morning (29). Manuel Barbosa da Silva, 75 years old, fell at the scene and was taken to Ouro Negro Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

There is no evidence of crime in the death, according to the Civil Police. In testimony, family members reported that the victim had a history of feeling unwell and fainting.

The 20th Territorial Police Station (DT – Candeias) registered the case. A guide for removing the body was issued.
