A new lawsuit alleges that Sean “Diddy” Combs sexually abused a 10-year-old boy in 2005. The lawsuit was filed in New York by Houston’s Tony Buzbee, who detailed his drug use and assault on the young man in a hotel in Manhattan, according to the American portal Deadline, in a note published on Monday, 28.
The lawyer, representing the Buzbee Law Firm, is also present in other legal actions against the music mogul. Diddy is the target of more than 120 sexual crimes lawsuits filed against him, which report rapes and abuse that occurred since 1991. The wave of complaints came after the release of a video in which he attacked his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, published by CNN in May 2024.
The document states that the boy, whose name was not released, had left Los Angeles with his parents to “make contacts” in the music industry, and that Combs had “asked the victim how much he wanted to be a star, and what he wanted I would do it to get it.”
Combs allegedly offered the boy a “spiked” soda, and then raped and threatened him and his family so that they wouldn’t say anything about the crime.
Another lawsuit filed by Buzbee’s law firm alleges that Combs raped a Making the Band contestant in 2008 who was 17 at the time.
These are not the first accusations of child abuse that have been made against the rapper. Arrested since September 16, he was accused of raping a 13-year-old girl, among other actions filed against him in mid-October.
