Tarcísio spoke about letters this Sunday (27); Boulos called the Electoral Court

The government of São Paulo will forward to the Public Ministry alleged letters attributed to the First Command of the Capital (PCC) with instructions (“hail”) for family members to vote for Guilherme Boulos (PSOL). The topic became one of the most debated throughout the day after the governor of São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans), stated that government intelligence had intercepted the messages.

In one of the letters, obtained by Estadão, there is a quote that the faction does not make an agreement with a political party, but “if possible, ask your family members if they can support you by voting for Marta (Suplicy) and Boulos from PT”. The ticket ends with “we appreciate everyone’s attention”.

Boulos classified the governor’s speech as a “lying statement”, made with the intention of favoring his ally Ricardo Nunes (MDB), re-elected to command São Paulo City Hall until December 31, 2028. Boulos went to court with a lawsuit asking the ineligibility of the governor of São Paulo.

Finally, a letter with supposed instructions from two PCC members was intercepted by authorities on October 10, days after the first round. According to the text, there was a determination not to vote for Rosana Valle (PL), who contested the second round against Rogério Santos (Republicans), in Santos. She obtained 46.63%, while Santos was elected with 53.37%.

The “salve” states that Rosana is “enemy number 1” of the leadership in Baixada Santista for aligning herself with the Secretary of Public Security of São Paulo, Guilherme Derrite, responsible for commanding operations in the region’s municipalities against the criminal faction.

When contacted via consultancy, Rosana said that the PCC’s messages and guidelines demonstrate that she remains on the right side of history and that she is on the side of Justice and Public Security.
