The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported on Tuesday (22) that 13 people died in an Israeli attack near a hospital in south Beirut. Another 57 people were injured. The attack took place last night near the Rafic Hariri Hospital, Lebanon’s largest public health facility.

According to initial information, the building had broken windows and destroyed solar panels. Four buildings were destroyed. Rescuers were still searching for survivors today.

There was no evacuation warning for the area around Rafic Hariri Hospital, which is densely populated.

The conflict between Israel and Hezbollah has lasted almost a month and has left around 1,500 dead in Lebanon, in addition to forcing more than 1 million to leave their homes.
