The series As Aventuras de José & Durval, based on the life and work of the duo Chitãozinho & , at the beginning of each episode, they will present the plot and, at the end, they will return to sing a song from their new album, José & Durval, released in September.

The Adventures of José & Durval has eight episodes and was already available on Globoplay. The plot begins in 1968, still in the singers’ childhood, and continues until the 1990s. The production shows Chitãozinho & Xororó’s passion for music, family life, tours and the difficulties faced by the duo throughout their career.

The musicians are played by Pedro Tirolli and Pedro Lucas in childhood. In addition to the child actors and the Simas brothers, the series also has names like Andréia Horta, Marco Ricca, Màrjorie Gêrardi, Larissa Ferrara, Augusto Madeira and Thiago Brianti in the cast.

The fourth episode, which shows the duo as adults, is scheduled to air on October 31st. The chapters will always be shown on Tuesdays and Thursdays, after the soap opera Mania de Você. The general direction of As Aventuras de José & Durval is by Hugo Prata and the episodes are directed by Hugo and Kitty Bertazzi.
