The candidate for mayor of União Brasil, Flávio Matos, voted this Sunday (27), at Colégio São Thomáz de Cantuária, on Av. Eixo Urbano Central, in the city center, at 8:30 am. Flávio arrived at the school accompanied by the leader of the opposition in Bahia and national vice-president of União Brasil, ACM Neto, the mayor of Salvador Bruno Reis, the city mayor Elinaldo Araújo, federal deputy Paulo Azi, state deputies Manuel Rocha and Emerson Penalva, from other authorities, in addition to his wife, psychologist Salma Reis.
After taking the dispute to the second round for the first time in Camaçari’s history, the candidate was confident of victory. “The feeling on the streets is one of hope, people don’t want a setback, they don’t trust a group that spent the entire campaign oppressing people, creating panic in the city. We will win this election and we will live a new future, with great advances, and we will govern by listening to the people and serving the population”.
