Brigadier Romeo and Juliet

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped white chocolate
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 120 g of guava paste
  • 1 cup of crystal sugar

Preparation mode

In a pan, place the condensed milk, butter, parmesan cheese and cream cheese and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the brigadeiro leaves the bottom of the pan. After, turn off the heat, add the white chocolate, mix well and set aside. In another pan, add the water and guava paste and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the guava paste melts completely.

Then, cover a baking tray with plastic wrap and place the guava paste on top. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then, using a spoon, take some of the reserved brigadeiro, open it, place a piece of guava paste inside and shape it into a ball. Repeat the process with the entire brigadeiro and finish decorating with crystal sugar and pieces of guava paste. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

Powdered milk brigadeiro

  • 2 cups of condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered milk
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 335 g chocolate donut
  • Chocolate sprinkles for sprinkling
  • 1 cup of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 1/2 cup of milk cream

In a pan, place the condensed milk, butter, honey and powdered milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes away from the bottom of the pan. Afterwards, turn off the heat, add the cream and stir well. Book.

In a refractory, make a layer of powdered milk brigadeiro, one of donuts, another of powdered milk brigadeiro and again one of donuts. Cover with the chocolate brigadeiro, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve immediately.

  • 2 teaspoons of instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Butter for greasing
  • Cocoa powder for rolling

Preparation mode

In a pan, place the condensed milk, chocolate, instant coffee and butter. Mix until all ingredients are thickened. Place over medium heat and stir continuously to prevent it from burning at the bottom, until the mixture starts to come away from the bottom of the pan. Transfer the dough to a greased plate and let it cool completely. With greased hands, make balls of the desired size. Dip the balls in cocoa powder to finish. Serve immediately.

Peanut brigadeiro

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of shelled peanuts
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • Roasted and sprinkled peanuts for garnish

Preparation mode

In the blender, place the peanuts and blend until well crushed. Then, in a pan, add the condensed milk, margarine and peanuts and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the brigadeiro leaves the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat, transfer the brigadeiro to a container and let it cool. Afterwards, roll up the brigadeiros and decorate with sprinkled peanuts. Serve immediately.

Cookie pie with brigadeiro

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of melted butter
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of chemical baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate drops
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon of butter

Preparation mode

In a container, place the brown sugar, butter, sugar, egg and vanilla essence and mix until you obtain a homogeneous consistency. Add the wheat flour, baking powder and chocolate drops and mix well. Then, cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Book.

In a pan, place the condensed milk, butter and chocolate powder and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until you obtain a soft brigadeiro. Book.

Place half the dough in a baking dish with a removable bottom, make a layer of brigadeiro and cover with the rest of the dough. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes. Serve immediately.

Lemon brigadeiro

  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 100 g of white chocolate
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Granulated sugar or lemon zest to decorate
  • Butter for greasing

Preparation mode

In a double boiler or in the microwave (every 30 seconds, stirring between intervals), melt the white chocolate. In a thick-bottomed pan, place the condensed milk, butter and white chocolate. Place over low heat, always stirring with a spatula so it doesn’t stick to the bottom. Once the mixture begins to thicken and comes away from the bottom of the pan (approximately 8 to 10 minutes), add the lemon zest and juice. Continue stirring for another 1 minute. Transfer to a buttered plate and let cool completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Grease your hands with butter, roll into balls and roll in crystal sugar or decorate with lemon zest. Serve immediately.
