- 100 ml legume broth
- Salt, ground black pepper and olive oil to taste
Preparation mode
In a container, place the meat and season with garlic, salt and black pepper. Roll up and tie with string. Book. Then, in a frying pan, add the butter and place over medium heat to heat. - 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1 cup of hot water
