Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 500 g of rump cut into strips
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 200 g of cream
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley to finish
Preparation mode
In a bowl, season the meat strips with salt and black pepper. In a pan, heat the butter and gradually seal the meat, so that no liquid is released. Book. In the same pan, add the onion and sauté until transparent. Add the garlic and stir for another 1 minute. Add the mushrooms, ketchup, mustard and tomato sauce. Stir well. Return the meat to the pan and mix well with the sauce. Let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes, over low heat. Turn off the heat and add the cream, mixing well to make the stroganoff creamy. - 500 g fresh and sliced shitake mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 onion peeled and chopped
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 250 g of low-fat natural yogurt
Preparation mode
In a pan, add the oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and brown. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 3 minutes. Add the mustard and tomato sauce and let it cook. Turn off the heat, add the yogurt and stir to combine. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve immediately.

- 200 g of cream
- 1 dessert spoon of mustard
- 340 g of tomato sauce
- Chopped champignon mushroom, salt and ground black pepper to taste

- 200 ml tomato sauce
- 1 onion peeled and chopped
- 1 pinch of oregano
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation mode
In a pan, add the butter and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and brown. Add the shrimp and sauté until the water releases. Add the tomato sauce and mustard and mix. Lastly, add the cream and cook until the sauce thickens slightly. Turn off the heat and season with oregano, salt and black pepper. Serve immediately.
