The presenter Ana Maria Braga satisfied viewers’ curiosity by preparing a recipe with passion fruit in More You. This Friday morning (25), she explained why she only uses an electric oven to prepare the program’s delicacies. “There cannot be flames inside the premises of Estúdios Globo,” she said, with the help of Louro Mané.

Ana Maria took you step by step to make a kind of passion fruit pudding. “Now a sweet treat for the weekend with everything you have at home. Don’t you have any passion fruit left? It’s in season”, she began.

After giving details about the preparation, the communicator said that the viewer could use the stove to help unmold the dessert. “There you or and it warms your butt [a forma]. It’s like pudding,” he began.

“But here our stove is electric, because inside Globo’s premises there cannot be flames”, she commented. This is a security issue. “So if your oven has a flame, it moves back and forth a little”, he continued.

• 12 exasperated;
• 1 ½ cups of tea (300 g) of sugar);
• ½ cup of tea (100 g) passion fruit pulp with seeds;
• ½ teaspoon of lemon juice;
• 2 tablespoons of butter for greasing;
• 2 tablespoons sugar for sprinkling

Preparation mode:

Pass the yolks through a sieve to prevent the candy from smelling like eggs; then, place the sugar and passion fruit in a pan until it forms a thin syrup; mix the syrup with the yolks and beat until it forms a cream; transfer to an 8×20 cm baking dish greased with butter and sugar, covering with aluminum foil; place in a water bath at 180º for 15 minutes, remove the paper and leave for another 10 minutes; let it freeze for four hours.
