The western atmosphere will dominate the last chapters of No Rancho Fundo. Cícero (Haroldo Guimarães) will escape death by a miracle in captivity, but will end up living the “passage to the Beyond” in a fantasy way. But the farce will have a short leg: the empty coffin will be unmasked at the wake, and everyone will know that he is alive and well. After that, Zefa Leonel (Andrea Beltrão) will have the final reckoning with Ariosto (Eduardo Moscovis) when discovering the crimes of the hand of cow.

The last week of the plot written by Mario Teixeira will start with Marcelo Gouveia (Jose Loreto) falling into the frame created by Timbó (Enrique Diaz). He will tell everyone that cousin Cicero is dead. In fact, the young man escaped being shot and escaped from captivity.

The kidnapped man’s daughters will despair. The only one who will know the truth will be Charity (Clara Monk), who will maintain secrecy about her father’s false death, but will be devastated by her sisters’ suffering.

Without knowing that Jordão Nicácio (Alejandro Claveaux) shot his father at the behest of Deodora (Debora Bloch) to kill him, Esperança (Andréa Bak) will demand that her boyfriend find Cicero’s killer.

As planned by the Leonel family, the funeral will attract residents from all over the city. Something strange will begin to appear in the air when Esperança puts pressure on Jordão and extracts a confession from him. She will drive her boyfriend out of the place, putting an end to the relationship.

Tico Leonel (Alexandre Nero) and Timbó will go after the bodyguard and discover that he was Cícero’s executioner in captivity and that he was the one who fired the shot that almost killed the merchant. Deodora’s henchman will then have to face Zefa. She will demand that he hand over the name of the person who ordered the crime against his cousin Cícero.

Meanwhile, in the middle of the wake, Esperança will confess her Faith (Rhaisa Batista) that their father’s death is their fault. She will talk about the greed of becoming a millionaire and the alliance she made with the villains to own part of the Blue Grotto. The young woman just won’t tell everything in detail because Blandina (Luisa Arraes) will arrive and stop her.

At that moment, Quintilha (The Colombo) will set up a shack at the funeral and, in the confusion, everyone will learn that Cicero’s coffin is, in fact, empty. The supposedly dead person will then emerge alive and explain himself to his family.

At the same time, Cira (Suzy Lopes) will send a pen-drive to be delivered to Zefa. When Quinota (Larissa Bocchino) help the mother to check what is in the device, they will discover who the masterminds of the crime against Cicero are. With that, Ariosto and Deodora’s plans will go down the drain. The penultimate chapter will begin with the final clash between Zefa and the cowhand.
