Cristina (Flavia Alessandra) will use the death of his own mother to turn the tide on Soulmate. After Rafael (Eduardo Moscovis) recovers and decides to put her in jail, she will be convinced by Débora (Ana Lucia Torre) to sign the separation. The vixen will only do this because she plans to kill the poisoned rich man, but she will drink the baptized drink and die.
Cristina will then accuse Rafael of poisoning her mother. Right after the funeral, he will look for her because Serena (Priscila Fantin) will have a bad feeling and ask him to make a deal with the blonde.
The evil woman will tell Rafael that she won’t accept crumbs from him and that she will only make the deal for a lot of money. The businessman will be furious and declare again that he will put her in jail.
He will actually look for the police chief and say that Cristina was responsible for Luna’s (Liliana Castro) death, which will be very difficult to prove.
Then, Rafael will decide to accuse Cristina of mistreating him when he was sick. But the blonde will arrive in front of him and tell the police officer that the protagonist is responsible for Débora’s death. The law enforcement agent will promise to investigate the case.
The police chief will go to the mansion and reveal that Rafael was accused of poisoning his ex-mother-in-law. Cristina will invent that José Aristides (André Gonçalves) delivered the poison to the heartthrob on the day of his mother’s death and will demand that the indigenous man be interrogated and formally accused.
When approached by the police, Serena’s friend will get scared and run away. Cristina will take advantage of this to claim that he and Rafael are guilty. She will look for the witch who prepared the fatal potion for her mother and set up false evidence to incriminate her ex-husband.
Soulmate was shown for the first time in 2005. The plot written by Walcyr Carrasco is about to enter the final stretch in Worth Seeing Again.
